2. Linkorae Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

3. User Content

You are responsible for the links, profile details, images, music, and other content you upload, publish, or display through Linkorae.

4. Copyrighted Content and DMCA Takedown Requests

You may only upload, publish, link to, or display content that you own, have permission to use, or are otherwise legally allowed to share. Linkorae respects copyright rights and may remove or disable access to content that is alleged to infringe another person's rights.

To request removal of copyrighted content, submit a takedown request through our contact page with the subject "DMCA Takedown Request" and include enough information for us to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing content, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.

Linkorae will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement, including the hasty removal of the allegedly infringing content. Repeat offenders, those who are found to have violated this policy more than once, will be have their account permanently banned.

5. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not upload, publish, link to, or promote pornographic, sexually explicit, gore, graphic violence, illegal, hateful, harassing, abusive, deceptive, malware-related, or otherwise harmful content through Linkorae. Accounts that upload content that violates this clause will be banned from the platform.

6. Account Termination

Linkorae reserves the right to suspend, restrict, remove content from, or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Premium Features and Payments

Paid features may be offered through Linkorae. Prices, features, renewal terms, and availability may change over time. Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers, and their terms may also apply.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep Linkorae available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may change, pause, or become unavailable for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Linkorae is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Linkorae is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
